STUDENT HOUSE SHARE, This is a double bedroom to rent within a five bedroom house. All five rooms are let individually and each room is lockable. Every tenant will be on their own tenancy relating to their own room.
The room is part furnished to include a bed, mattress, desk, chair wardrobe or drawers (some rooms have built in wardrobes). The communal living area includes a sofa and dining table with chairs. The communal kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The rent includes water, gas, electric, WiFi, one TV licence and two weekly cleaning. All tenants are still required and are equally responsible to ensure the communal ways are kept clean and tidy. The cleaners are instructed to carry out general cleaning of the shower rooms, kitchens and hallways. They are not employed to deal with excessive cleaning or rubbish removal.
Student tenants preferred. In the event a working professional rents one of the bedrooms a contribution to the council tax may be requested which would be additional to the advertised rent. This is also the case if a student isnt able to provide evidence to support their student status.
Please note the bills are monitored and all tenants will be contacted in the event that the usage is high, there is a limit which should not be met as long as the utilities are managed efficiently.

Payment of £300+VAT (£360.00) associated with any tenants requests for early termination of the tenancy.
