Once appointed, we will take a detailed brief and begin a proactive search for properties which are being openly, as well as discreetly marketed via estate agents and other sources. After our initial research we will present you with a range of best properties. Once previewed by us, we will send to you the most suitable, advise you on the negatives as well as the positives.

 

There is no size or price of a landlord property is too large or small for us to deal with. Whilst we do cover the whole of the country however, our emphasis is contained within the Sussex area and specialists within Brighton and Hove. We have been working in the Brighton and Hove area for in excess of 30 years. The owner and director Mark Harrington has been working in property in Brighton and Hove for in excess of 39 years and will work comprehensively with you to ensure you have the correct investment you require.

 

We will act as your retained agent to find a property for you. We do not sell property but we source properties that are currently not on the market.
