Harringtons Lettings have been acting for landlords since 1993 and the team have an unequivocal wealth of experience. The Administration Team deal with the smooth day to day running of the property management department and specialise in tenancy agreements, deposits, inventories, inspections and everything in-between. They have in excess of 30 years’ experience within the industry. With the ever-changing new legal requirements, it is more important than ever that you have a team who have full understanding what is required to legally rent out your property and ensure you remain compliant.

You will always speak to the same person in our administration department. The owner understands more than most that people want to have consistent and transparent communication and most of our staff have been with us for many years. Not only are they fully trained and re-trained on a regular basis but they are award winning.
